Job overview:As an Indirect Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies for indirect materials and services in the chemical industry.You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify their needs and ensure that sourcing activities are aligned with business objectives. You will also be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving cost savings initiatives.Major responsibilities:? Develop and execute sourcing strategies for the APAC region in line with global procurement policies and procedures.? Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply of goods and services.? Manage projects and costs to ensure that savings targets are achieved and/or exceeded.? Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including environmental, health, and safety regulations.? Work with other departments within the company to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.? Provide guidance and support to other members of the indirect procurement team as required.? Stay current with market trends and emerging technologies related to the chemical industry and international trading practices.Successful profile:- Bachelor's or master’s degree in chemical engineering, Mechanical engineering or Electrical engineering, with related field experiences of supply chain management or procurement is preferred. - Minimum of 5~7 years of experience in indirect sourcing in the chemical industry.- Strong understanding of indirect materials and services sourcing processes, including market analysis, supplier selection, and contract negotiation- Familiarity with SAP.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Fluent Mandarin and English listening, reading, writing, and speaking abilities is a must.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety regulations in the chemical industry.- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies would be a plus.- Good presentation skills, Regional strategic thinking.- Good management skills of pricing, products, and supplier relationship 职能类别：采购经理
